Organize by themes, not internal departments
- Group articles under clear problem or goal based headings.
- Avoid internal labels that only your team understands.
- Use simple words like Pricing, Process, Industry examples, and How to.
Make it easy to move between related questions
- Add small related links at the end of each article.
- Keep category pages that list key questions in that group.
- Ensure every article is reachable in just a few clicks.
